Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you feel that the item is not as described please feel free to contact us through email for a resolution or a refund claim. admin@goodiestoyz.com.au
All communication will be handled/replied to within 24 to 48 hrs.
If we agree to accepting a return, postage will be paid by the customer to return it to our Adelaide Hills address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us (all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.) unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of Damage or Fault caused by GoodiesToyz.com.au
You're entitled to a refund, replacement or swap if:
- The item is faulty or damaged(not by Postage Carrier)
- You were sent the wrong item
- You were sent the wrong size (3.75 inch/ 6 inch)
- The item doesn't work as a reasonable person would expect it to work e.g. a Light-Up figure which doesn't light-up
- The item is significantly different from the product images and description
You are NOT entitled to a refund because:
- You just changed your mind
- You found the product cheaper at another store
- You don't like it
- You bought the wrong product/size
- The product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description.
GoodiesToyz Policies:
GoodiesToyz hand-selects top quality, officially licensed items and ships them carefully to ensure their safety. However, you might receive an imperfect box, slight window defect or paint job, minor issues are common with mass produced collectibles at this level.
Collectable Toys and Figures are a mass produced line and there can be minor variations to the products and their packaging. This can include but not limited to, slight creases or scuff marks and bends on packaging/window, minor paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes etc. Please keep in mind that the packaging of these products are designed to assist the manufacturer and retailers to promote and sell what is actually inside the box - the collectable toy/figure.
Unfortunately we will not be replacing or refunding products that have "minor variations". The products are still fit for their intended purpose.
We place a condition grading of New/Near Mint, Standard Grade or Sub-Standard Grade, there is nothing further we, as a retailer, can do for customers seeking a pristine product or packaging.

BRAND NEW STANDARD CONDITION - NEVER OPENED IN ORIGINAL BOX - OUTER PACKAGING MAY HAVE MINOR FACTORY FLAWS/SHELF WEAR
SUB-STANDARD CONDITION
BRAND NEW SUB-STANDARD CONDITION - NEVER OPENED IN ORIGINAL BOX - OUTER PACKAGING HAS NOTICEABLE FACTORY FLAWS/SHELF WEAR
These products have passed QC and have been deemed fit for retail markets across the globe by Manufacturers. If you have a particular issue with the quality of a certain Brands products, please contact them through their website to provide that feedback.
Refunds will not be issued for products that are opened or damaged after receipt.
All Damaged during shipping Figures/Toys are not the responsibility of GoodiesToyz.
All lost in transit/stolen packages are not the responsibility of GoodiesToyz.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Accuracy / Corrections
Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on the Online Shop are accurate and up to date.
We do not promise or represent that content on the Online Shop is accurate or free from errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections.
In the event an error is identified, we will place a correction on the Online Shop content area.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@goodiestoyz.com.au
and send your item to: PO BOX Hahndorf SA 5245, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
