PLEASE READ CONDITIONS BELOW

ALL PRE-ORDERED ITEMS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM OUR HAHNDORF WAREHOUSE UPON RELEASE.

Pre-Ordered items are paid for at the time the order is placed and will be shipped as soon as they are available. 

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS MUST BE ON THEIR OWN SEPARATE ORDERS TO AVOID IN STOCK ITEMS SHIPPING DELAYS.

All Pre-Ordered items will be fulfilled and posted only when ALL ITEMS ORDERED ARE IN STOCK FROM OUR SUPPLIERS.

PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER CANCELLED.

Manufacturer Delays:

Manufacturers don’t always meet their goal for producing figures/toys. In these cases, pre-orders may be delayed, sometimes for many months. Since we’ve committed your order to the Manufacturers for production, refunds can not be given unless the collectible has been cancelled from the Manufacturer/Supplier.

Production Issues:

If pre-ordered items do not arrive from our suppliers, due to either damage in transit or manufacturer error, we will refund 100% of your order cost. We will not be able to replace or reship your item.

ARRIVAL DATES GIVEN BY SUPPLIERS IS AN ESTIMATE AND NOT GUARANTEED.
